Rental agreement

The rental

• This agreement is between Easy Roll Mobility Rentals ("we", "us") and the person making the reservation ("you"). It covers the mobility equipment listed on your reservation for the rental dates shown there.
• Your reservation confirmation lists the items, dates, times, pickup or delivery details, price, deposit and any add-ons. It is part of this agreement.

Pickup, delivery and return

• Rentals start and end at the times on your reservation. If you need more time, ask before your return time; we'll extend it when the items are free, at the rates shown at checkout.
• Late returns without an extension may be charged for the extra days at your rental rate.

Care and condition

• Use the items safely, only for their intended purpose, and return them clean and in the condition you received them, allowing for normal wear.
• Report any damage, fault or accident to us as soon as possible. Do not keep using an item that seems unsafe.

Fit and use

• We adjust the equipment to the person who will use it and show how it works at pickup or delivery. Ask us any time you are unsure how to use it.
• Stay within the weight capacity listed for each item. Do not use a wheelchair, scooter or rollator as a seat in a moving vehicle.
• If someone other than you will use the equipment, you agree to share these terms and the instructions with them.

Batteries and charging

• Charge scooter batteries with the charger we provide, indoors and away from water. Tell us right away if a battery won't hold a charge.

Damage, loss and deposits

• You are responsible for loss, theft and damage beyond normal wear while the items are in your care, up to their repair or replacement cost.
• Any refundable deposit or optional damage protection is shown at checkout. We release the deposit after the items come back in good condition, minus any charges described here.

Cancellations

• Our cancellation policy is shown when you reserve and in your confirmation email, and it is part of this agreement.

Risk and responsibility

• You accept the ordinary risks of using rental equipment. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, by not following instructions, or by events outside our control. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
