Can you deliver to a hotel or vacation rental?
- Yes. We deliver to homes, hotels and vacation rentals across our service area. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you reserve.
Do I need a prescription to rent?
- No. Anyone can rent equipment from us. If you are unsure which chair or scooter fits your plans, call us and we will help you choose.
How far will a scooter go on one charge?
- Each scooter lists its range on the item page. Batteries go out fully charged, and we include the charger so you can top up overnight.
Will it fit in my car?
- Transport chairs, rollators and travel scooters fold or come apart for the trunk. Item pages list the folded size and the weight of the heaviest piece.
Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?
- Yes. Every item is cleaned, sanitized and checked before it goes out again.
What if I need it longer?
- Call or email before your return date and we will extend the rental if the unit is free. Weekly and monthly rates apply automatically.
