Are helmets included?
- Yes. Every bike rental includes a helmet in your size at no extra charge.
How do I pick the right size?
- Tell us your height when you book, or come by and we will fit you. Item pages list the rider height each frame suits.
What happens if I get a flat?
- Each rental includes a patch kit and pump. If you cannot fix it, call us and we will help.
How far will an e-bike go?
- Typical range is listed on each e-bike, and it depends on hills, rider weight and assist level. Batteries go out fully charged.
Can you deliver bikes?
- Yes. We deliver to homes, hotels and campgrounds across our service area. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.
What if it rains?
- Call us before your rental starts and we will move your dates if bikes are available.
