This policy explains what Little Traveler Baby Gear LLC ("Little Traveler Baby Gear", "we", "us") collects when you use this website or rent from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Reservation details: your name, email, phone, the items and dates you choose, and pickup or delivery details, including the delivery address and any notes for the driver.
• Details about the rental: if an item needs them, the height and weight of the person who will use it, so we can fit the equipment and check its weight limit. We don't ask for medical information.
• Agreement and payments: your signature on the rental agreement and when you signed it. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and feedback: what you send through our contact, callback and problem forms, reviews you leave, and answers to our short survey after a rental.
• Unfinished bookings: if you enter your email on the booking form and leave before finishing, we may keep the items, dates and contact details you entered for a short time so we can follow up. The form tells you before it does.
• Website use: this site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our web host keeps standard server logs for security.

How we use it

To confirm, deliver and collect your rental; to send confirmation, reminder and receipt emails; to answer your questions; to handle damage, deposits and refunds; to keep the records tax and other laws require; and to improve our service. We send email, not text messages.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the business, for that purpose: our booking software provider (which hosts reservations on our behalf), our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and staff who deliver and collect rentals. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and property.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for your rentals and for the time the law requires us to keep business and tax records. Unfinished bookings are deleted after about a week.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@littletraveler.example. Our emails also include an unsubscribe option that most email apps show as a button. Depending on your state, you may have more rights; we'll honor the ones that apply to you.

Children

This site is for adults making reservations. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Your information is stored with providers that encrypt it in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think something is wrong.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
