A real signed record
Every signature captures the renter's name, a timestamp, their device, and a frozen copy of the exact agreement text they saw — so a later edit to your terms never changes what someone already signed. From that, LendingCloset generates a clean, branded PDF and stores it privately on the order. You (and the customer) can pull it up anytime through a link that never expires.
Optional damage protection
